My brother in law that just got back from his mission in Georgia had several "low country boils" the last week before left. He said it is pretty good. I made mac& cheese with the sharp tillamook recently. It was really good. THat is some good cheese.
I had california rolls for lunch yesterday. Mmmmm! Some of that stuff I had never heard of. Livermush sounds the most disgusting. Elk is really good, you should not count it out until you try it, come for a visit, I've got a freezer full of it!
You would try Spam musubi but not NM green chili? I'm hurt. Green chili is not very spicy, but has a great flavor. If you ever come to visit or if I ever make it to Kansas, I am making you my bean and corn enchiladas with green chili sauce. I promise you'll like it.
